Kite festival

We tried something new this year: a local kite festival.  It was well attended by amateurs and professionals.

First airplane ride

 

Of course, you have to sit in the window seat on your first plane ride.  All was well except for some popping but gum helped with that.

Calvacade of planes

 This is a great local event with planes landing and taking off, planes on display.  Evan did a computer flight simulation.  They had private planes, a medical helicopter and some military planes, too.

Kindergarten graduation

Evan started the year with these friends and here they are already finishing the year.

City adventures

This was a Cirque Shanghai show at Navy Pier.   They had 5 motorcycles in that sphere at one time!
